Effective Date: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of United WE Fund, operated by Jovell Digital, Inc. By using United WE Fund, you agree to these terms.
Section 1. What United WE Fund Is
United WE Fund is a community giving platform where members contribute small amounts into one shared fund. Verified requests are paid in full, in the order they were submitted. There are no campaigns, no rankings, and no popularity contests. Giving and receiving are both entirely optional and neither is required of the other.
Section 2. No Loans, No Repayment
Nothing distributed through United WE Fund is a loan. Recipients are never required to repay any amount received from the fund. Gifts made into the fund are gifts, given freely, with no expectation of return.
Section 3. United WE Fund Does Not Hold Funds
United WE Fund does not hold, custody, or control funds at any point. All payments, whether gifts into the fund or payouts to recipients, are processed and held through Stripe, a licensed third-party payment processor. The pool balance shown in the app is a running total maintained by United WE Fund to reflect gifts received and requests paid. It does not represent funds physically held by United WE Fund.
Section 4. Eligibility and Identity Verification
To give to the fund, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. To receive funds, you must complete identity verification directly with Stripe before any payout can occur. This may include providing your legal name, date of birth, address, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and bank account details directly to Stripe. United WE Fund does not collect or store this information.
Section 5. Verification Fees
Submitting a request over $1,000 will require a non-refundable verification fee, currently two dollars for an automated review or four dollars for a human review. This fee covers the cost of verifying your request and is separate from, and never deducted from, the shared community fund. These fees are subject to change at any point.
Section 6. Platform Limits
To protect the fund and ensure it remains available to as many people as possible, United WE Fund enforces certain limits, including a cap of $5,000 per household per year that may be received from the fund, a 90-day cooling-off period after receiving a payout before a new request may be submitted, and a limit of one active request per user at a time. United WE Fund uses information such as IP address to help enforce these limits and to detect attempts to circumvent them.
Section 7. Verification and Approval
All requests go through a verification process, which may include automated review, human review, content moderation, and duplicate document detection. United WE Fund reserves the right to approve, deny, or request additional information for any submission at its discretion, in order to protect the integrity of the fund and its members.
Section 8. No Guarantee of Payout Timing or Amount
While verified requests are intended to be paid in full, in the order submitted, United WE Fund does not guarantee a specific payout amount, timing, or that the fund will have sufficient balance at any given moment to fulfill every request immediately. Payouts depend on funds available in the pool at the time a request is processed.
Section 9. No Control Over Use of Funds
Once a payout is made, United WE Fund has no control over, and is not responsible for, how a recipient chooses to use the funds. Verification confirms that a request meets the eligibility and documentation requirements at the time it was submitted. It is not a guarantee, warranty, or ongoing monitoring of how funds are ultimately spent. United WE Fund is not responsible for any action taken by a recipient after receiving funds, including but not limited to how the funds are spent, decisions made using the funds, or any legal disputes, custody matters, or other consequences arising from a recipient's use of the funds. United WE Fund does not investigate, supervise, or have authority over the personal, legal, or family matters of any user.
Section 10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent platform limits or verification processes, use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of United WE Fund.
Section 11. Account Suspension or Termination
United WE Fund may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, attempts to defraud the fund, or misuses the platform in any way.
Section 12. Limitation of Liability
United WE Fund and Jovell Digital, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including delays in payout, denial of a request, technical issues related to third-party services such as Stripe, or any outcome resulting from how a recipient uses funds received from the fund.
Section 13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of United WE Fund after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
