Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026

United WE Fund is operated by Jovell Digital, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Section 1. Who We Are

United WE Fund is a community giving platform where members of the United WE Fund contribute small amounts into a single shared fund. Verified requests are paid in full, in the order they were submitted. United WE Fund is operated by Jovell Digital, Inc.

Section 2. Information We Collect

We collect different information depending on how you use United WE Fund.

If you give to the fund, we collect your name, email address, and basic payment confirmation details. Your payment itself, whether by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. United WE Fund does not collect, hold, or store your card number, bank account information, or any payment credentials.

If you submit a request, you will be asked to complete identity verification directly with Stripe before any funds can be paid to you. Stripe collects the information required for this verification, which may include your full legal name, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number, your address, and your bank account details. United WE Fund does not collect or store this information. We only receive confirmation from Stripe that verification was completed successfully.

We also automatically collect basic device and usage information, including IP address, device type, app version, and general activity within the app, to help us operate the platform securely and prevent misuse.

Section 3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate the shared fund, confirm identity verification has been completed before any payout occurs, process gifts and payouts through Stripe, communicate with you about your account, requests, or contributions, prevent fraud and protect the integrity of the fund, enforce platform limits intended to protect the fund and its members, and comply with legal and financial regulations.

One of these protections relies on IP address tracking. United WE Fund limits the total amount any single household may receive from the fund to $5,000 per year. We use IP address information to help enforce this limit and to detect attempts to bypass it. This protection exists to keep the fund fair and available to as many people as possible.

Section 4. How Identity Verification Works

Because United WE Fund moves real money to real people, anyone receiving funds must complete identity verification before any payout occurs. This verification happens directly between you and Stripe, a licensed payment processor. Stripe requires this information by law before releasing funds to any bank account. United WE Fund never collects this information itself and never asks for it for any purpose other than confirming that verification was completed.

United WE Fund does not hold or store funds at any point. When a gift is made, payment is processed and transferred directly into our Stripe account. The pool balance shown in the app is a running total United WE Fund maintains to reflect gifts received and requests paid, not a live balance held by United WE Fund itself. When a request is approved for payout, funds are transferred from Stripe directly to the recipient's verified bank account.

Section 5. Who We Share Information With

We share information with Stripe, our payment processor, which directly collects and holds payment and identity verification details on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information when required by law, to comply with a legal process, or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform and its members.

Section 6. Data Retention

We retain the limited information we do collect, such as account details, gift history, and usage data, for as long as necessary to operate your account, enforce platform limits, comply with financial recordkeeping laws, and resolve any disputes. Information collected directly by Stripe, including identity verification and bank account details, is retained according to Stripe's own retention practices and applicable financial regulations.

Section 7. Your Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You may request that we delete your account, subject to information we are required to retain for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes. You may contact us at any time using the information below to ask questions about your information.

Section 8. Children

United WE Fund is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Section 9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect, and we rely on Stripe's secure infrastructure for all payment processing and identity verification. United WE Fund is intentionally designed to minimize the sensitive information we ourselves collect and store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
