WE saw that. And WE built something different.

Kelly Obermayer saw a problem. Then she built the solution.
She saw the gap — the real, human gap between people who needed help and the communities that would have shown up for them if they had only known — and she built the bridge.
United WE Fund was born from a simple but radical observation. Financial hardship is everywhere. But access to help is not evenly distributed. It flows to the people with the loudest voices, the widest networks, the most compelling presence. And for everyone else — the quietly struggling, the too proud to ask, the person with no network to lean on — there was nothing.
Kelly refused to accept that.
As a woman in tech, she understood what it meant to build in spaces not originally designed for you. She channeled that into a platform that levels the playing field not with charity, but with collective power. United WE Fund does not care how many followers you have. It does not reward the most viral story. It moves the line in order. Fairly. Automatically. For everyone.
The vision has always been bigger than one app. This platform is built to scale — to reach every person that traditional giving never could, in every community that has never had access to this kind of collective support.
